This page explains what you can get back and how to stop paying. It sits beside the terms of service and the price list. The contract is between you and Taher Laskar trading as Slobal.
The free trial
- Any account can start one free trial. It lasts 30 days. We take no card and we charge nothing.
- From day 31 the trial is read-only for 30 more days. The panel opens, your data stays visible and export works. No agent starts.
- On day 61 the hub stops opening. Your data folder stays on your own disk.
- Because the trial is free, there is nothing to refund. You pay only when you choose a licence.
Your right to withdraw for 14 days
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason. This right comes from EU and Irish consumer law. It does not apply to a business that buys for its trade or profession.
To use it, tell us clearly in writing within the 14 days. An email to support@slobal.com is enough. If you withdraw in time and the exception below does not apply, we refund what you paid using the same payment method.
The digital content exception
A Helmsly licence is digital content that we supply at once, not on a physical medium. Under consumer law, you lose the right to withdraw once we begin to supply it, if two things are true:
- you gave your express consent to immediate supply, and
- you acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw once supply begins.
If you ask us to supply a licence straight away, you accept that you lose the 14 day withdrawal right once we have supplied it. We will ask for this at checkout once online checkout opens. Until you have given that consent and acknowledgement, the 14 day right stays in place.

How to cancel
- To cancel, email support@slobal.com from the address on the account and say which licence to cancel. We confirm by reply. If you are a workspace admin, you can also use the licences page in your workspace admin console. Cancellation stops future periods.
- You keep the licence until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the running period, except where consumer law says otherwise.
No refunds beyond your legal rights
We make no refund promise beyond your statutory rights. If a licence is faulty or does not match its description, your rights under consumer law apply in full and we will meet them. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.
