Seats and agents
A seat is a named person. Somebody added is billed from that day and frees the seat when removed.
Agents are free. The cap above is on how many run at once, never on the bill.
Below a tier's minimum
Members can fall below the minimum. The seats billed hold at the minimum and keep billing, and Licence offers the downgrade whose minimum fits.
Trial
Cloud tiers start with a fourteen day trial, with a card on file. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Where a hosted instance runs
Hosted instances run in the EU. The hosting layer refuses a provider region outside it.
Currencies and tax
Each currency is its own fixed price, reviewed once a year. Nothing is converted between them.
Tax is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable beyond your statutory rights. The terms say so too.
