One account for every Slobal product. Choose a personal account for yourself, or a workspace for your organisation.

A personal account is for one person with their own Helmsly install. Working as a team? Create a workspace instead. One address is either a personal account or a member of a workspace, never both.

Billing is a flat monthly subscription - Helmsly is BYO-LLM (you bring your own model keys), so there is no per-token charge. Your data stays on your own machine. Cancel any time from My Account.

Pick a unique workspace name, create your admin account, choose a plan. That gives your organisation its own address on Slobal, with you as its first administrator.

Your address: acme.on.slobal.com - lowercase letters, digits, hyphens. Must be unique.

Working alone? You need L01 or L02. Sharing one Helmsly instance as a team? Everyone needs an L11 or L12 licence. Need compliance-grade data protection - sensitive data reversibly pseudonymised before it reaches a cloud LLM? Every member needs an L13 licence. Team plans are billed per seat.
