Should I create a personal account or a workspace?

Signup has two doors. A personal account is for one person: it holds your own licences and pairs with your own install. A workspace is for an organisation, created with its first Team Administrator, who then invites members, holds seats and administers the instance.

Can one email address hold both?

No. An email address is either a personal account or a member of workspaces, never both at the same time. The rule is checked in all three places it could be broken: personal signup, workspace signup, and inviting a member.

How does signing in work?

Sign in at slobal.com/login. The page asks for your email address first, then takes you to the right door: a personal account continues on slobal.com, while a member of one workspace goes on to that workspace's own sign-in page at {workspace}.on.slobal.com/login. Two-step verification applies where you or your administrator have turned it on. One session covers slobal.com and your workspace address, so you sign in once.

Can I belong to more than one workspace?

Yes. A workspace email may be a member of several workspaces, and signing in gives you a chooser so you land in the right one. Each workspace holds its own seats, its own instance and its own administrators, so membership of one says nothing about your access to another. What stays fixed is the rule above: the same address cannot also be a personal account.

Who controls membership and access inside a workspace?

The workspace administrators. They control membership, seats and instance access, including removing a member's access. A workspace is created with its first Team Administrator, who then invites members, holds seats and administers the instance. Slobal does not add or remove people inside your workspace for you; that authority sits with your own administrators, which is also why they are the people to ask first.

What happens when someone leaves a workspace?

The administrator removes the member; membership ends and their sessions on the instance are revoked at once. The address then has no link to that workspace, and the same person can open a personal account later. That account is brand new, with its own licence and no linkage to the old workspace or its data. It is the ordinary case for a personal address that follows someone between jobs.

How does my own install connect to my account?

With a connection token. A personal account issues one from My Account, and slobal.com/helmsly then forwards you to your own paired hub. A workspace shows its tunnel token once, when the workspace is created. A licence activates one live instance at a time. There is more about the software itself on the Helmsly questions page.

What happens if I close a personal account?

The record and its connection tokens are revoked, and the paired install is instructed to delete the account's data at its next check-in. Order history stays in the ledger, as commercial records must. The privacy policy covers retention and your rights under the GDPR.

What is Slobal, and who runs it?

Slobal builds software for people working with AI. Two products are live: Helmsly, a self-hosted control plane for AI agent fleets, and AgnCred, portable verifiable work receipts for AI agents backed by company attestations. The company is Slobal Ltd, registered in Ireland, founded by Taher Laskar, an infrastructure and cloud architect with fifteen years across regulated enterprise environments. There is no sales team: you write to info@slobal.com and the person who built it replies.

How do I get access today, and where can I check the service?

Both products are live now. Create a personal account or an organisation workspace at slobal.com/signup, and sign in afterwards at slobal.com/login. A new workspace starts in evaluation, so you can look around before paying. Helmsly then pairs with your own install using a connection token; AgnCred opens in the browser.
