Terms of service

These terms govern your use of slobal.com, your Slobal account, and the product licences bought through it. By creating an account or a workspace you agree to them. If you are creating a workspace for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

1. What Slobal provides

Slobal provides accounts and workspaces on slobal.com, licensing and billing for its products, and the online services those products use: sign-in, remote access relaying, ordering and the status page. The products themselves are licensed per the plan you choose: Helmsly, a self-hosted control plane for AI agent fleets, and AgnCred, verifiable work receipts for AI agents.

2. Accounts

• One email address holds either a personal account or workspace memberships. You are responsible for keeping your password and connection tokens confidential, and for what happens under your account.
• Workspace administrators control membership, seats and instance access for their workspace, including removing a member’s access.
• Tell us promptly at support@slobal.com if you believe your account is compromised.

3. Licences, billing and cancellation

• Licences are flat monthly subscriptions; team plans are billed per seat. Helmsly is BYO-LLM: you bring your own model keys and there is no per-token charge from us.
• A new workspace starts in evaluation; entitlements activate when the first period is paid. Each paid period carries a 3-day grace before the licence lapses back to evaluation.
• You can cancel any time from your Admin Centre or My Account; cancellation stops future periods and does not refund the running one, except where consumer law says otherwise.
• Licence keys and seats belong to the buying workspace or person and may be reassigned there, but not resold.

4. Self-hosted software

Helmsly runs on machines you control, with data that stays there. You are responsible for that machine, its backups, the third-party model services you connect (and their terms), and the lawfulness of what you and your agents do with it. When our relay carries your remote-access traffic, it carries it as a pipe, addressed to your own instance.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Slobal services to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or disrupt the service or other tenants, to resell access without an agreement, or to misrepresent attestation on AgnCred. We may suspend accounts or workspaces that do, proportionately and, where practical, with notice.

6. Intellectual property

Slobal and its licensors own the products, the services and their branding. Your licence is a right to use, not ownership. What you build with the products is yours.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but they are provided as they are: we do not warrant that slobal.com, sign-in, the relay or ordering will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we give no uptime guarantee and no service credits. Maintenance and outages happen; the current health of the service is published at slobal.com/status. Helmsly keeps working on your own machine when our online services are down, though remote access through the relay does not. To the extent the law allows, Slobal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data held on machines we do not operate, or for third-party model services; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect, and the date above moves. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protections of their home country. Questions: info@slobal.com.
