Help for the Parry Knight game

Parry Knight is a tap-to-deflect reflex game. You tap at the right moment to parry what comes at you and try to beat your own best run. The game has no ads, collects no data and has one optional purchase. If your question is not below, write to support@slobal.com.

About the game

Parry Knight is a short, fast game. Each run is quick and a restart takes a moment, so you can try again straight away. Your progress stays on the device. The game has no accounts and makes no network calls, apart from Apple's handling of the one optional purchase. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstall the game or move to a new device, restore the purchase with the same Apple Account that bought it.

• Open Parry Knight and go to Settings.
• Pass the parental gate. It is there so a child cannot start a purchase by accident.
• Tap Restore Purchases.

Apple confirms the purchase and the game unlocks it again. No payment is taken for a restore. If nothing happens, check that you are signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase, then try again.

Email support@slobal.com and tell us:

• What happened and what you expected.
• The device model and the iOS version.
• The game version, which is shown in Settings.

Do not send personal details about a child. We do not need them to fix a problem.
