Summary
Parry Knight collects no data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no third-party software kits. The game keeps your progress on the device and nowhere else. Slobal receives nothing from the app.
What stays on the device
The game saves your best score, your badges and your settings on the device it runs on. This information never leaves the device. We cannot see it, and we have no copy of it.
Network use and the optional purchase
The game makes no network calls of its own. The one exception is the single optional in-app purchase. Apple's StoreKit handles that purchase and the restore of it. Apple processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Slobal receives no payment details and no information about who bought.
The purchase sits behind a parental gate, so a child cannot start it by accident.
How a parent can delete the data
Delete the app. Deleting the app removes everything the game saved on the device. There is nothing held anywhere else to delete.
Children
Parry Knight is made for children and is listed in the Kids Category of the App Store. Because the game collects no personal data, there is nothing about a child for us to hold, share or sell.
- COPPA (United States). The law protects children under 13. It applies to services that collect personal information from them. Parry Knight collects none.
- GDPR Article 8 (European Union). The rule sets an age below which a child needs a parent's consent before a service can process their personal data. Parry Knight processes no personal data, so no consent step is needed.
- Ireland, Data Protection Act 2018, section 31. Irish law sets that age at 16 for online services. The same answer holds: the game collects no personal data from anyone of any age.
